Contributing to the Enhancement of Defense Capabilities through Extensive Experience and Expertise

JADC was established with the aim of contributing to the enhancement of our national security and defense capabilities through the provision of consulting services specializing in the defense industry. Our slogan, “Defending the defenders,” is a word symbolizing this philosophy. Amid the rapidly changing international situation, Japan needs to further strengthen its defense capabilities. Leveraging our extensive support record and expertise in the defense industry, we will provide strategic advice and effective solutions to the Ministry of Defense and other relevant ministries and agencies as well as defense-related companies. At the same time, we will strive to propose optimal solutions to meet the diverse needs of the public and private sectors, and at the same time, we will make efforts to build a more coordinated system toward the major objective of “defending the nation” by the public and private sectors.

Hideo Mori

At a major foreign IT company’s research lab, Mr. Mori was involved in the development of endpoint encryption solution products. Subsequently, he held various positions, including head of the sales department and SOC (Security Operations Center). In March 2021, he joined SHIFT Inc. and established the Security Services Department. In 2022, he launched the defense-related business, expanding the business in the national security domain, and in August 2024, he was appointed as the General Manager of the National Security Business Division. In April 2025, he established Japan Aerospace & Defense Consulting Inc. as a group company of SHIFT and assumed the position of President and Representative Director.
